Tonights my last .5mg, up to 1mg Saturday. So far no obvious side effects. I have had a very mild headache for a couple of days, however that’s not unusual for me. I think the lymphatic massage I had just prior to starting is making it difficult to judge the impact at the moment. 🤞they work for you.

English lesson, he asked for my phone, jumped out the car and started taking some himself. So an impromptu mini lesson on photography and art etc was started. In the end I couldn’t help but get involved and take a quick snap myself.

Definitely good to know, thank you. Amazing how a small change can make such a big difference. I’m anticipating it could take me a while to find that sweet spot.

Thank you, it’s nice to hear from someone who’s been on it for a while. Fewer crashes is something I’m hoping for. Being a carer for my wife & son makes pacing quite difficult & crashes are an inevitable major issue. Raising my baseline, which has dropped this year, would be a serious bonus too 😁.

my first 0.5mg of Naltrexone tonight. 😁

0.5mg for 7 days
1.0mg for 7 days
1.5mg for 7 days
2mg for 7 days
3mg for 7 days
4mg for 7 days
And finally 4.5mg for ever, possibly, maybe, if it helps.

They say I should start to feel the effects after 4-6 weeks, with full effect around 12 weeks.
