Si, ademas la educacion es provincial, mientras que los subsidios y otros beneficios en general son nacionales. Pero el problema mayor es que no hay voluntad politica de hacerlo. Hasta hay diputados que presentaron un proyecto para eliminar la obligatoriedad.

Podria haber otras medidas que no impliquen cercenar el derecho a la educacion. Por ejemplo, eliminar subsidio a la cuota de colegio privado, eliminar ayuda para compra de utiles, AUH, etc, a menos que tengas vacunacion completa.

2) OptoLoop consists of a fusion between dCas9 and the light-dependent oligomerizing protein CRY2. Genome structure can be manipulated by inducing specific chromatin loops by light. dCas9 tethers the fusion protein to target sites and CRY2:CRY2 interactions stabilize the chromatin contacts
