We are working on this. We still don't have access to our back end system for the buses which means operators can't login and it impacts our real time. I'm hopeful that it'll be back soon based on the recovery process. I agree it is very frustrating.

I'll have the team take a look. We're going to be making some changes to the dashboard soon and we're always happy to look at other metrics.

We take every report seriously. We pull video and interview the operator and appropriate measures are taken depending on the results of the investigation.

Measuring skipped stops is hard because there aren't always riders at every stop. We collect reports and investigate. Operators also report when they skip stops due to the bus being full which allows us to identify where we may need to add buses.

Would love to have more density around it! I don't love how the west entrance comes out to the back of the nearby buildings. The MDOT TOD strategy is going to focus on density around our Metro and LR stations.
