My novel HOT AIR comes out in two weeks. It's a crazy time to release a book into the world, but I am hoping to distract and delight. Maybe you can come to my book launch at Books Are Magic with @emmastraub.bsky.social.

In news that is not awful, I have a fancy new tour card for Hot Air -- which comes out in less than a month! I am so excited to be in conversation with some of my favorite writers/people: @emmastraub.bsky.social, @laurasimswriter.bsky.social and @laurazigman.bsky.social.

I find that there is absolutely no stress or worry when I sit down to paint my flowers and often I have something small and lovely when I am done.
