Trying to make an argument that Germans as a whole weren’t scared enough about Hitler and then selecting as your one example a Jewish publication, and then rewriting the quote to your own ends to ultimately blame the Jews for the Holocaust is…a choice.
In 1933, after Hitler was made Chancellor, a German Jewish newspaper op-ed read, "We do not subscribe to the view that Hitler ..., will not suddenly divest German Jews of their constitutional rights, lock them away in race ghettos, or subject them to the murderous impulses of the mob."

Here’s an idea: what if Bluesky can just be Bluesky and we don’t have to want every single social media platform to be the global townsquare and how about if no platform becomes that and how about we just make the platform what we want and stop considering niche a failure for no reason.
If Bluesky is to grow and become a viable alternative for the "Global Townsquare," which was the point, it needs to compete on engagement and virality is a part of that.
It isn't competing. Engagement here has been falling for a year. That's a problem if you, like me, want it to survive and thrive.

Took an extra day to recover from moving trauma (I'm being slightly dramatic, hush...) and am finally feeling more like me again. Once-over of the old apartment tomorrow to make sure I haven't missed anything then turning in keys!
On to new adventures! Nervous, but I'm well supported. 🥰
