I have a lot of social anxiety around being in a gym, which is why I think I’ve gravitated toward running over the years. Bought a bunch of weights so I can do all my lifting and yoga at home. Just got some more winter gear so I’m gonna to try being out in this cold over the next couple of days 🤞

Good question- it’s not something I’m familiar with, so I’d have to do some Googling to find out.
