I may work on fungal plant pathogens but I can appreciate the biochemical products of other fungi...e.g. Oh, I do love a Belgian beer now and then!

Why is so little known about the cell walls of plant pathogenic fungi given that it is a key component for protection in the plant pathogen interaction?
Way more is know about human fungal pathogens:-
