The silver lining is that Judge Chutkin is so incredibly smart and good and her job that this won't keep her from making some important findings before the election, even if she can't throw Trump's ass in jail for them.

That they never before have in U.S. history tells you something right there. Unless, like his colleagues Clarence and Sam, Roberts is so deep into the internet conspiracy comments that he truly believes Jack Smith's meticulous indictment is just a meritless smear job.

"[O]nly on rare occasions in our Nation's history has a sitting Chief Justice met with legislators ...." Hmmm. I feel like there might be another "rare occasion in our Nation's history" staring me in the face right now, but I can't seem to put my finger on it ... Maybe it has to do with some flags?
