The silver lining is that Judge Chutkin is so incredibly smart and good and her job that this won't keep her from making some important findings before the election, even if she can't throw Trump's ass in jail for them.

That they never before have in U.S. history tells you something right there. Unless, like his colleagues Clarence and Sam, Roberts is so deep into the internet conspiracy comments that he truly believes Jack Smith's meticulous indictment is just a meritless smear job.

That's what I mean! How can they operate according to "normal" in their cert grants, which have increased, if they can't decide last year's batch?

Am I the only one who finds it fairly insulting that they're already loading up next term's docket when we're still waiting for long overdue opinions from this one?
