Woke up today unwilling to put up with socks that have gotten a bit short and uncomfortable. Pulled them off my feet, ripped out the toes, and dug out the leftover ball (yay organized stash hoarding). By lunch time I’ll be able to put them back on. 🧶 #knitsky

I have been influenced and bought the silliest fun yarn. A sweater for the inner child maybe?

Just realized my dog pre-flinches when he comes in for pets because he’s waiting to get zapped with static shocks. 😅

Made some fish socks for my partner’s friend. I haven’t done that much duplicate stitch in a while. Borrowed the fish from Claire Butchkoski’s Trout Mitten pattern.

Spent the first half of the day with the devil in his heart, and now he’s a sweet baby.

I’m always a little disappointed every year that my book related apps don’t offer a wrapped thingy. 📚💙

This sweater has been nothing but problems. Haven’t even gotten a chance to wear it yet. 👍🏻 #crochet #grannysquares #knitsky I’m sure it’s totally fixable but what a bummer.

Winging a basic-ish raglan often results in fully ripping back to the collar and starting over 🤷🏻‍♀️ Brioche short rows are no joke. 🧶#knitsky

Casually decided I don’t really need any more #handknitsocks and shouldn’t really buy yarn unless it’s to finish projects I’ve already started and I happened upon three sock patterns that I can’t live without and don’t have the yarn for. #knitsky 🧶🧦

Working on a little scrappy cardigan for a baby gift. As per usual I’m considering starting over. Does the tan read too fleshy for anyone else? #knitsky

Lately I’ve been having what I like to call a mundane nightmare every night. Last night was going through sandwich bags of beaded costume jewelry and deciding what to keep. And not saving them to be reused at a later date…
