and if anyone, and I do mean anyone, sees stuff like this and still stands by this guy, they are equally irredeemable. You have completely lost the plot on your sentient existence. I don’t care how fucking stupid you are, you still have feelings. You know the pain of cruelty.

it’s irredeemable not because of how mean it is, but for how unnecessary it is. There is no other purpose to call this woman “piggy” other than to be cruel, and to revel in the cruelty. To make yourself feel better by making someone else feel worse. It’s pure sociopathy.

if anyone acted like this at their job, they’d be fired. Friends & family members would cut you out of their lives. In most parts of the country you’d get sucker punched by a stranger if you called a woman “piggy” in public, and for good reason. Because anyone who acts like this is irredeemable.

But the one thing that I can’t understand, and that there is no plausible excuse of ignorance to justify, is the most basic human indecency and viciousness that is regularly displayed to ordinary people who dare to inconvenience him.

And if you’ve bought into the scam, it’s understandable that you can look past some of the bad stuff. He’s using the office to enrich himself? Whatevs, he deserves a bonus. He tweets too much? That’s just how he connects with his base. Russia/Jan 6/Ukraine/Epstein? Democrat hoax.

Even his worst policies I get the appeal. If you know jack shit about everything, mass deportations sound like a great idea to lower crime, tariffs sound like a cheat code to boost the economy, and tax cuts for billionaires surely will trickle down to you and your family.

That’s fair but one caveat is that Dems have outperformed polls in off-year elections in the Trump era, while Trump has outperformed polls in all 3 of his elections. For the midterms I think that needs to be factored in and that Dems have a slight advantage baked in already w/o Trump on the ballot.

Moderates love moderate economic policies particularly when it screws over the working class. Must be a coincidence!
