Looking for a guide/article to send to faculty on how to read course evals in a way that is productive and mitigates potential harm. Something that acknowledges inherent flaws/biases of the evals and centers instructor well-being & emotions. Any suggestions?

Is this the right platform to let people know that I put on a button up shirt today for the #POD23 online conference and then proceeded to have my camera off the whole time? I feel like someone needs to know I'm wearing a button up shirt.
