Rather than present the new Comey indictment to the full grand jury, Halligan had only the foreperson sign it before it was delivered to a judge.

Shutdown is your fault. GOP is protecting Dear Leader to avoid/delay the vote to release Epstein files. The GOP controls the House, Senate, and presidency, so don't tell me you couldn't have avoided the shutdown. You simply could have removed the filibuster and voted on the continuation bill.
