My husband is turning 40 next month and I've made him a birthday countdown, one present a day for the 40 days leading up to his birthday. They are all different chocolates that he likes, no duplicates. The wrapping up was a nightmare! But I'm rather pleased with the result.

Today is the one year anniversary of us getting Rosie. I can't believe it's been a whole year, I can't believe it's only been a year! It's been difficult at times, but we love her so much, and she is part of our family.

Rosie pulled James off his feet while he was walking her this morning. He ended up on the ground, covered in mud, with big scrapes on his arms. And then while he was down, Rosie managed to get her legs tangled up in the lead and so she fell over too. She is such a menace!

I had a little trip to the beach this morning for a small walk. No pictures of Rosie as she is a whirwind of chaos and will not stop long enough for the camera! It was really nice, sunny but breezy, I'm so glad I managed it.
