Great meeting you at SF Ruby! After your talk I was initially hoping you'd open-source sidekiq, but after talking with you i've changed my mind. i'm now rooting hard for you to get as much private equity as possible so you can shovel it into Queue Commons. Please have plenty of secure bike parking!

also I think we'll find a million use cases for desktop claude code support

it seems damn good so far. it feels 'quieter' or more deliberate it in what it reads and takes on. Google had a chance of taking over my CC max account for a few days, but instead they launched a model without offering CLI support - even for paying customers

Being an amateur and having an audience is as good as it gets. I think the move now is probably learning Resolve. Free option, no subscription and has best color tools. Also seems happy to open up any apps timeline (it’s all XML anyway) 🚲

Hell ya. It’s been nice watching zed get better and better at erb. Thank you 🫡

Great stuff. Will this instantly work in zed?

@simonwillison.net you may be one of *dozens* of potential users

Behind the scenes it's a ruby library for creating Final Cut and Adobe Premiere files. And then a bunch of Claude Code skills to automate and put it all together.

I realize this is kind of a tight venn diagram at the moment: video editors who also are programmers who also have a Claude subscription. But I hope to make it easier to use and more friendly to non technical users in time.

Thanks Andrea. ❤️ I can’t explain how disappointing it has been seeing Rails companies (many of which spent $$$ on DEI work) be completely silent. Withdraw and disengage is exactly how I’m feeling too.

Convenient* obv

Love to see these little updates. What has been the biggest headache in developing in Hanami? Would love to switch over but don’t know what I’d be missing. As contentious as it is, I’m most worried about losing Hotwire. Conveniently fragment caching a close second.

Why don’t we post them here?
