Serious question, is Tennessee's economy thriving? I'm genuinely trying to understand why it is so Red. The Republicans have been in charge of Tennessee for a long time. Is continuing loyalty because they are improving life in rural and suburban TN?

Wouldn't actually want to stop supply of Junior's favorite blow.

Last few Republican governors when I lived in Massachusetts were popular. They cut taxes. They also borrowed more money and left behind big debt.

Certainly a carve out for Israel, Britain and Ireland

Stephen A has always been interested in Steven A. Narcissist like Trump. Frankly what he cares about the most is the huge tax cut he's getting on his $100 million contract. He keeps an additional $2.6 million over 5 years.

Thank you!!!! Now voters need to wake up and quit following dog whistles

The corruption needs far more attention and highlighting for the American public.

CBS has been pumping out this kind of MAGA drivel for a decade or more well before Ellison aquisition. It's all about fighting fires/crime, terrorists(Lioness) manifest destiny and unfettered capitalism(Yellowstone, 1923, Landman). I still can't believe Don's cultural ambassador Stallone has a show!

That computes.... Jake Sulliven and Tony Blinken always had Bibi's back.

Can't help but wonder if this is intentional to help Rs justify the end of ACA.

I thought the Expanse came came closest. Even details of the fusion drive were not bad... needing to expel water to propel forward. Of course all bets were off once the found the gate/portal.

Somehow the stockmarket hasn't gotten the memo either.

We can talk once it gets into the mid 30s. That would mean his 40% base has cracked. Always stunned that gerrymandering works. With this current shit show no district should be safely Republican.

I hope she rips up UVa agreement with Dump and replaces thr new commandant at VMI.

Also amazing that I pay 8% sales tax in Columbus area. Republicans shift burden to low and middleclass consumers to keep income tax low (3.5%) for the wealthy.

Yet they still vote for some seriously corrupt Republican politicians. Ironically, all those support buildings and Intel plant will be empty and prime farm land destroyed.

I thought Beth Macy's story in Atlantic did an excellent job of explaining what's happened in Ohio. The Columbus area continues to boom with college educated voters why are they voting Republican? Biden supplied a ton of bcollar jobs building intel plant off 161. Local hotels filled with contractors

In-law claims her role in Covid pandemic is ruining her chances. Too toxic he claims. He's a retired OSU law prof and offered a different take on teacher pension dispute too. Claims that teachers are unwilling to give their 13th payment distribution at the expense of long term health of fund.

David, I've been coming to Ohio since 1996. The voters have been shifting further to the right each year. Haven't had a Democrat governor seat since 2011. My in law ( former Republican) blames democratic candidates. Claims Acton unelectable. Claims Ryan could win. Dont see much hope.
