I would like to know about Mamdani’s plan for the rest of us in NYC who live in non-stabilized rental housing. And this includes addressing how freezing the rent on stabilized units will affect us. I’m also rent burdened—but am I just chopped liver?

I’m just gonna say it because someone has to. I love the Fahrenheit system because it feels more intuitive that 100° is really hot and 0° is really cold. Basing the temperature scale on the human body rather than on the abstraction of water’s boiling point just makes more sense for everyday use.
