That's because they never did. Even late last year/early this year when people whined he wasn't main eventing it was like ??? Because he did multiple times.

Firing off a hot take ive been sitting on for years. I never have bought into the narrative that the company lost faith in hangman or stopped seeing him as a star or any of that. Besides at most a month or two after he immediately lost the title the first time he always has been involved in shit.
