Initial review:
A noticably deeper and perhaps "denser"? Flavor profile than American counterparts, which is a welcome variation! Crackly spice (bit of pepper) towards the end. Not initially sure it's worth the $80 price tag, but good if you need to try something new! Will try with some water later.

I'm not usually one to take photos of food, but my goodness homemade burgers just hit different. Swiss & pepperjack, mushrooms, onions, bbq sauce, 1/3lbs beef. So good
