Adara’s hair is naturally brown (seen in the shaved area of her head.) She was born naturally blonde, but it got darker over the years.
Kiro’s hair is naturally silver/white, but he keeps his dyed regularly so only Jason and close friends know about it.

As for my process… I sketch in colored led (tho sometimes I’ll do a thumbnail sketch in regular led first, since the colored ones don’t erase well,) color the sketch with my markers, line it with fineliner pens, and add layers of washi tape, cutting it with an exacto knife.

Honestly? I’m still really proud of these two
On the first one, I was afraid that the background and the character’s hair being galaxy patterns would make them blend together too much, but going over the lineart saved that!!
And I don’t do a lot of shading traditionally, but I’m happy with what 1/

5. Do you practice other styles?
Occasionally! I haven’t in a while, all of these are from 2024.
First two were manga style studies, the third one is a study of these two Ben 10 fan arts I found YEARS ago and have never been able to source.
