It's hard to determine whether the blame lies more with trans advocacy abandoning any and all radicalism while trying to find a palatable message for a cissexist society married to sex-essentialism, or with cis people's inherent discomfort with sex being mutable.

All I know is this fucking sucks.

There are TONS of other types of bodies out there, you only see the women who appear traditionally feminine because that’s who society pushes upwards the most, because society is shallow as all fuck. Cis women literally experience the same thing.

But if you’re not feeling like you fit in YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE!!!! You have to carve out and work for your space. I promise there are more girls like you out there and you’ll find love in others and love for yourself.

The reality is that most of the healthcare needs of trans people are entirely straightforward and routine and there is no medical reason why they cannot be met by their GPs like everyone else's are.
