When Trump originally became bankrupt he was bailed out by international organized crime -- for years they were content to run prostitution, the sale of drugs & money laundering out of Trump Tower. But when Mark Burnett got him fame, they saw an opportunity in Trump & seized it. And now here we are
Now I fully agree that Trump has always been a vile, corporal, amoral, indulgent, narcissistic man with awful judgement. Jeff Zucker and Eurotrash Mark Burnett pulled him out of the gutter and cleaned up his carnival act.
He's a small minded man; but I think his minders have pushed the stupid and outrageous behavior as ongoing distraction -- and knowing that the US public wallows in base, offensive anti-intellectual behavior, which it finds titillating. But his rapacious minders have gotten impetuous and careless.

We knew he was most likely mentally ill. We should be more concerned with the mental health of Congress and the Supreme Court who look at his actions, behave as if all is well, and do NOTHING. They’re either mentally ill, or complicit (or both). Trump is just a babbling old man without his enablers.
