Well, it’s a 22 second video and I’ve done everything up to 14 seconds in. It’s actually one of my favorite positions, so 🤷🏻♀️. Not bad. 😏😂

I was a professional elderly caregiver and my brother died of dementia in June 8 years after being diagnosed. I can tell you that doctors only do cognitive testing if they, family or the person themselves sees signs that are troubling. Btw, a specialist in March of 2024 regarding President Biden. 👇
