I think the larger issue is that people will still be offended at the prospect of being constantly surveilled and maybe recorded in public places by anyone wearing these. That's what killed Google Glass the first time around.

Respectfully, these could definitely add efficiency. Imagine looking at a restaurant sign and instantly seeing user ratings, wait time for a table, top menu items, etc. Much more efficient than getting out my phone and searching for the restaurant.

For the past six weeks, an AI Facebook account has been pulling my history posts on Instagram and slopping out new captions, so I’ve been feeding it poison pills and its followers are having meltdowns in the comments. It’s been pretty spectacular.

Well for one, the user experience on bluesky is much better. Making people choose a server as part of the account onboarding experience is going to drive away any non-technical folks (i.e. the majority of people)

If it doesn’t happen by the weekend then won’t a ton of players miss training camp? Not just Kuminga but the other unsigned guys?

I wouldn’t think the Warriors would have any patience for that. Not in a season like this.

To be fair, you can watch all the NBA games with a single League Pass subscription and all MLB games with a single MLB TV subscription.
