I think it’s a good thing to change when the details change,if the obr forecast change so you should change your plans,basically the rest is hearsay till the budget,could turn out it was never on the table at all,might never know!

Again I don’t think the system is great but what is the alternative?

I believe the Change is to do with the forecast being changed from 30bil - 20bil, they don’t need to implement it, unfortunately the cycle of elections does cause this effect where the next government rips up everything and we start again. Then again untill the budget can’t actually be sure

Think it’s more to stop governments making the figures look like they are better then they are, good to be independent plus governments should look long term rather than this week, we’ve had to many governments that are more concerned with the small than fixing structural issues 🙌🏻🙌🏻
