NEW: Massie & Khanna have asked a federal judge to create either a special master or an independent monitor to oversee the release of the Epstein Files from the Department of Justice. The special master/independent monitor can recommend inherent contempt, impeachment or even criminal referrals.

Trump has signed the Epstein Files legislation. The DOJ will now have 29 days (30 days starting yesterday) to release the Epstein Files. The release of the Epstein Files will be December 19th. Any unreleased documents must be sent over to Congress 1/3.

US House to vote on the discharge petition to release the Epstein Files at 1:30pm EST. Trump has now signaled that he will sign it, but to be safe, would need a supermajority to pass, 290 votes. It is likely that will be the case. We will see if it heads to the Senate.
