Overall, gaming is not what works for me and what my plans for my future are.

I'm still streaming, but I'm making a switch to focus more on making content that fills my cup <3
Discord message that reads as such, part 1: I'm having a lot of difficulty justifying streaming Not because of numbers or shit like that. Everyone starts somewhere and we gotta find what fits best. I look at all my streamer idols/friends and how their whole ass is gaming, how they would GLADLY have their whole life based around video games or franchises. And I just don't have the same motivation that they do. I'm a dramatically casual gamer. I can't imagine making a career out of the games I play. My gaming interest is so volatile, I can't pin down what genre/type of game COULD work for me. And even IF I could, I can't imagine doing it for long. I don't want to make a whole career out of gaming on Twitch and then yeet outta there once something else works out for me. That's unfair to the people who come for a career streamer and just get someone who'll be gone for weeks/months at a time out of the blue???? Yeah, no thanks. I do have something I like that I would want to make my career and that's making art. It's bringing beautiful stories to life. It's giving people the space to feel whatever emotion they're wanting to in that moment. Whether it be a comedy when you're feeling down, or a beautifully moving piece when you just wanna cry. I love playing games, but I would much rather voice a video game character than play a story game multiple times over, let alone have a singular completed run. Discord message that reads as such, part 2 I know knowers know this, but I got my bachelor degrees in Acting and Speech Pathology. My whole life so far has been acting and voices and analyzing stories to learn how to best practice art I'm wanting to see in the world. And I think it's finally time I use that education for SOMETHING. All that to say, I am continuing streaming, but making some adjustments (bet you thought I was gonna say I'm quitting?? LOL ur not getting rid of me, hoes). Gaming will no longer be the forefront. I will be streaming work-with-me streams while I work on editing auditions/writing my book (play? movie?, idk but I'M WRITING). If I'm feelin silly goofy, I may cap with a game. But at this point, I'm feeling so much more motivation to write and work on my auditions than I am to playing games. And if I do play games, it'll be to ROT. Maybe some day this'll change and I'll go back to primarily making gaming content, but I can't see myself doing so in the near/far future. So for now, to motivate myself to stream again, we will be work-with-me-ing until I can't work-with-me anymore! Streams will likely come back this week and I SWEAR I'll be consistent I SWEAR TO YOU
