The problem here is that "disk" is actually referring to the round, magnetic disk on the inside. That disk is actually "floppy" whether it is covered by the flexible 5 1/4 inch case or the hard 3 1/2 inch case.

Timeline: From July 2024 to May 2025, the suspects took Haitian Creole classes to prepare for the coup. On Aug. 5, 2024, Weisenburg enrolled at the North Texas Fire Academy in Rockwall. This was allegedly an effort to gain training in useful skills for their plot. On Jan. 7, 2025, Thomas enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. The document says he intended to use his military training for the planned overthrow of the island. On Feb. 8, 2025, Weisenburg failed out of fire training. On Feb. 20, 2025, Weisenburg bought tickets to Thailand at least partially to enroll in a sailing course to prepare for getting to Gonâve Island. The indictment says once he got to Thailand, he never enrolled due to the cost of the course. On March 14, 2025, Thomas managed to change his Air Force assignment from a base in Germany to one in Maryland. The indictment says this was both to stay in the U.S. to continue planning the coup and to attempt to recruit homeless people from the Washington, D.C. area.

In November 1864, General Edward Hatch's 5th division, which included Bridges' regiment, marched from Nashville to Pulaski. Bridges and several soldiers in his regiment failed to make the march, however, due to drunkenness. The division's adjutant, Major E.B. Beaumont, reported that Bridges "has been very neglectful of his duty and it would be well to get rid of him."[16] General James H. Wilson, the cavalry commander of the Army of the Ohio, suggested Beaumont arrest Bridges for neglect of duty and make the whole incident a public affair to set an example. Bridges was relieved of his command and discharged shortly afterward.[16]

The order from Netanyahu follows heightened tensions, as Israel reported Hamas firing on its forces in southern Gaza and after Hamas returned a set of remains that Israel said belonged to a hostage recovered earlier in the war. Netanyahu called the return a “clear violation” of the ceasefire agreement, which requires Hamas to return all Israeli hostage remains as soon as possible.

The federal agency alleges cartels are offering $2,000 for intelligence gathering and doxing of agents, $5,000–$10,000 for kidnapping or non-lethal assaults on standard ICE/CBP officers and up to $50,000 for the assassination of high-ranking officials.

Last week he urged the court to urgently intervene, saying that if the court did not take action, his website, Infowars, was at risk of being turned over to the satirical news site The Onion. The proposed acquisition would be used to help fund payments to family members of the Sandy Hook victims. Jones' lawyers had warned in the filing last week that if the case was not put on hold, “InfoWars will have been acquired by its ideological nemesis and destroyed."

A Utah Valley University student told CNN on Thursday night he saw a man walking on or near the roof of the Losee Center twice in the last two weeks. The student said he was not sure it was the same person depicted in photographs released by police in connection with Charlie Kirk’s killing, but that the individual “looked familiar.” The student said it was unusual to see someone on that part of the roof. “It was weird,” he said. The student said he last saw the person on the roof last Wednesday at noon, a week before the shooting.
