Appreciate it could be either way - % cog decline could be higher (as a driver for loss to follow up) or lower (got better and didn’t bother to engage with follow up)

Fully aware of the challenges in hip fracture trials there is a very large loss to follow up (~70% lost to follow up).

These results are informative but I view them with considerable caution. Can we truly say 25% have cog decline if it’s only 25% of the 30% who could be reached?
