Discussed this with my husband (Barrister) last evening. A UK court would not allow this to proceed.
There is no reputational damage as he has no reputation to damage. His many convictions and history of being a vexatious litigant weigh against him. He is an extortionist, not be countentanced.

As a student almost sixty years ago there was another who lived opposite with a strong resemblance.
He was knowledgeable about Bach and collected Lithographs from old books.
I never knew what he was studying though. Could this be his Grandson?

Exceptionally recognisable to those charged with the responsibility of feeding cats, in reality dogs are not much better but they at least show gratitude.

As I understand it unless you are an indigenous Native American all the rest of the population are immigrants whether recent or descendants of immigrants. That includes Trump.

Private practice dentistry is expensive to provide resulting in many not having access.
A recognition of the poverty levels in the UK would hopefully result in a service being available for those affected.

Dentistry is an expensive service especially now with the availability of advanced techniques. successive governments have reorganised to reduce costs to the exchequer under the cloak of "improving" provision.
These have been singular failures.
Patients find in many areas the only service is none.
