But it has huge glaring issues to be clear, it’s just got some of the same sauce.

The only stuff of his that even gets close to hitting those highs (besides Watchmen) is his Miracleman run IMO

Somebody's just trapped in silent hill nearby. Don't worry about it, either they achieve apotheosis or they silently expire.

I did enjoy Chapter 8 and the rest of the video. Thanks for all your work!

I did keep expecting you (in chapter 10) to mention how Disney Research was cut back from 2016-2018, closing two of five labs. There's some funny, relevant stories around how it led to shuttering some park attractions.

Have you seen @maxkreminski.bsky.social’s work around combatting the dearth of the author? That was around co-creative tools but I bet the same techniques could work for autonomous systems.

Unlikely to get there tonight (PhD thesis reviewing), but looking forward to it!

I appreciate the reply! Not trying to imply anything, apologies to come across that way. I was just confused how she ended up not being mentioned.

Hoping he at least mentions Jessica Hodgins once he gets into the 2010's? It would be very weird not to.

So there you have it, twin study estimates were greatly inflated, and molecular data sets the record straight. I walk through possible counter-arguments, but ultimately the uncomfortable truth is that genes contribute to traits much less than we always thought.

Thanks a ton! I'll let you know!

Fingers crossed here too!

Well we'd be more than happy to have you! Lectures are winding down over the next two weeks but if you're open for it I can see if the instructor teaching the games capstone course (not me this time) might be interested for the next semester?

A lovely day but so sorry to hear you're unemployed! If I can help somehow please let me know!

Not sure who is hiring but there are definitely Canadian universities interested in those topics and there’s universal healthcare.
