Yeah I can pretty much guarantee every major studio is using GenAI for *at least* what Larian said they are -- preprod, presentations, code testing, etc. Extremely likely many/most are going way further.

The fact that they are calling it a "spiritual successor" makes me worried that there are rights issues and that they're going to try to file the serial numbers off a lot of this stuff.

I suspect they think there's a bigger risk of Trump explicitly ignoring court judgements than there is of Dems finding a spine. Hard to argue he's wrong.

I think Democratic Primary voters will be very interested in an electability argument, as the were in 2020, but it's very funny that somebody thinks "I have appeal to MAGA!" is going to play well

Look don't put in the papers I approve of the historical Catholic Church but there was a time that making these sorts of comments would get you an invite to Rome. I feel like for Thiel maybe we could bring backsome papal authority as a treat.

Not sure about CA but the reason everyone started taking AP with no interest in the test was weighted GPA. When AP classes give 5.0s, you're forced to take them to retain any hope of competitive ranking. Even worse, you're then discouraged from taking Music, etc., as they bring down your GPA
