Had a great time playing a few games of Sail last night. Nice two-player cooperative trick-taking. I did have to hold the cards for this kid, though ….

- Viking See-Saw, a new release from Japanese outfit Itten, whose dexterity games are just to die for. Love this one. You'll place cargo on the side of the ship tilted up, and if it tilts to the other side, you'll have to take a treasure token. Couldn't stop laughing.

- Enemy Anemone, designed by @dnlnwmn.bsky.social, is a must-not-follow trick-taking game that takes just a minute to explain. There's a nice advantage for playing the lowest card, for playing the highest card, and for playing off-suit. Great!

- Fit to Print, designed by @peterlmcpherson.bsky.social, is a fast-paced game of newspaper layout. Fun and a little frenetic. I'm real bad at planning, too! (My college newspaper advisor is shaking his head at this, I'm sure.)

My absolutely horrid run with dexterity games continued apace this week, with Itten's Funbrick series arriving. We played Viking Seesaw, and I am happy to report that I had the worst score both times we played, despite Ginny's uncle holding our baby and playing ... and winning.
