It just came out and was so cringe.
What they did to the MC was just so humiliating. The whole movie is about how moms do all the work for ungrateful families and ahe just keeps taking it.
I wanted to change the ending so badly, just turn it into a dark comedy revenge flick.

Plus, the Wife and I just watched "Oh. What. Fun." with Michelle Pfeiffer, and we were horrified by how the family treated her - I wanted her character to torch the entire house with them inside!
