Loving the #SaaS vertical concept right now. Usually I'm against expanding ICP but there's legs in doing that if you can still provide maximum value whilst being able to reach new buying centres.

If there's 1 bit of advice I can give to any #SaaS team heading into 2025, it's this; forensically focus on your ideal customer profile (ICP). Know everything about them, where they spend their time, how they spend it, everything. The number 1 best thing I've learned over the years

I'm a fan of condensing the structure of SaaS companies.

Our sales, marketing and CS functions are now called our 'Go-To-Market' (GTM) function. Anything that touches a contract essentially. Product, Support and Delivery is Operations.

Clean lines for simpler times.

If you're wondering whether your product is right before a release, then it is.

One thing I've realised in the last 10 years: shipping code and then iterating from user feedback is > than waiting for perfection. Perfection is the enemy of progress in SaaS. Full send!
