These “critics” have clearly never read TGoW. They also never read the King James Bible, Emerson’s The Oversoul, or looked up the definition for “anlage.”

I recently showed “The Invaders” to my students for a short story unit. I’m convinced AM gave perhaps the greatest performance in any Twilight Zone episode.

Not so. I’ve taught A Tale of Two Cities (could it because of my last name?), Hard Times, and Great Expectations. GE, in particular, went over great the last couple of years. High School seniors really understand Pip, even if some don’t like him.
