The other place I've kept an eye on is over in Mid-City but I'm scared its all just going to be a sea of parking lots around whatever homes/town homes/condos they do build there.. There are a couple nicely priced town homes near target but if you aren't a car over there it seems very unfriendly..

Ok cool thanks! Thats kind of what I was kind of thinking. There are some new town homes over by Lowe Mill that I've got an eye, but its the old buy now or wait and see..
