If you have access to kimchi and don’t mind the flavor, it’s one of the easiest ways to help your gut flora get back in shape after antibiotics. It’s really good for your gut as a regular food, and pairs well with plain white rice.

For sure, one of the problems in the Canadian system is the proximity to the US health system. I’d love to see the US set up a new system of healthcare that removes insurance and see that model spread into the world and then be modified by lessons learned elsewhere.

Ugh, my partner has a similar background to yours and similar experiences. One of the things that always bugged me was when she would go to the doctor for endometrial issues they’d would always do a pelvic exam to start, her gallbladder was failing and they gave her a pelvic exam. Fucking ludicrous.

I’d rather him be unprofessional than whatever you call his actions. He tackled a woman to the ground and slammed her into walls, that’s uncalled for. I worked with law enforcement for over a decade and if I saw that kind of behavior going on I would intervene no matter if it cost me my job.

A normal person would put out his arm and retreat to where the other officers were and close the door. This asshole went ballistic instead. Shouldn’t be an agent of any agency.

You’re not being overdramatic. I’m a guy and the idea of putting a scale version of a standard speculum into my pee hole gives me the hee bee gee bees and that’s not even close to what those feel like for women.
