Started following you on Twitter after you pointed out the mistakes in the work of one our group members. Turns out his career took a turn for the better: reinstated special full prof position with no teaching and extra grant and money freebies. Misconduct is actually being rewarded here.

That some level of discomfort in a learning process should be tolerable, rather than wanting everything to always feel comfortable
