Her name is Damiana; she's got close-shaved black hair, black eyes, and a pointed block tattoo with a square swirl motif over her right eye. She's wearing blood-spattered Grey Iron Chainmail armour (which does not include any chain maille in the design at all--it's actually very pretty little scale maille reminiscent of Dragon scales) and she is speaking to a young boy, an NPC in the town of Lothering near the beginning of the game. The boy is asking Damiana, "So, um... you're a dwarf, aren't you?" and one of the response options given is "Did my height give me away?" I'll have the boy AND the writers know that some people are just short, in fact.
