This does come back every now and then. In my experience, I’ve been in understaffed teams where design managers have wanted this to make up for lack of engineering resources. It puts so much extra work on designers who have had more specialised roles within a corporate environment.

And accepting a “no”. I think it’s build resilience.

Toxic positivity. It’s a never say no sort of thing.

Pilates kicks mine too. I did it two days in a row…
