I miss the gold ol days when I couldn't have told you at gunpoint who ANY member of the president's administration was. When the administration only rarely even made the news. Good times...

I still say of all the people in this administration Bessent has the singularly most punchable face. I don't think I could resist the urge.

Bullies learn it's difficult to maintain bravado up close, particularly when your "victim" turns out to be obviously more intelligent & cultured than you. Bullies want "friends" who make them look good. Pathetic old man thinks that's what he just got. All he got was owned.

What gets me about all these draconian measures the rethugs are taking is that so many of them WILL result in people dying or becoming unable to work... in a time with a massive workforce problem and population decline, people choosing not to have kids.Why make policy that makes those things worse?

Ain't holding my breath for Mr. "Laws don't matter to me, I'm omnipotent" to stop the bombings because the U.N. says so.
