The illusion of democracy is critical to the maintenance of oligarchy. As long as we pretend we have a democracy, we will never build one. And the oligarch’s are safe.
We're fighting the wrong fight. The constant back and forth between Democrats and Republicans is theatrical not democratic. This is a fascist oligarchy and if we are going to "have nice things" we must seize power. There is no war but the class war. And that's the war we need to be fighting.

Just think about this for a second all you blue no matter who Democrats or you Maga and you traditional Republicans. If we just busted billionaires to $1 billion that’s all you can fucking have. Poof no more homelessness, no more food insecurity done. And if 1 billion isn’t enough then fuck you.

Almost every day I see bumper stickers or license plates that seem to glorify a person’s service in Vietnam or Iraq or Afghanistan, one must wonder if those who proudly display this type of service realize that they were serving the billionaire class not their country

There is no question that soldiers have a duty to disobey illegal orders, that the administration is making such a big deal out of legislators publicly stating that fact reveals that they know illegal orders are the rule of the day.

I think it's safe to say Alan Dershowitz is a piece of shit. Epstein may have been the best connected individual in the world. And he definitely had the dirt on a lot of powerful people. It's just speculation but it seems very unlikely to me that he killed himself.
