Great workshop on memory & recognising where students need to memorise facts facilitated by keynote speaker Michelle Miller with lots of participation from all in the room at #INTED2025 - followed of course by paella

All set for opening session of #INTED2025 in this Norman Foster-designed conference centre - seen this morning with delegates arriving and yesterday evening lit up. I'll be talking this afternoon about AI in Higher Education beyond the short term

A6 #LTHEchat Moodle because for all its limitations it's been our VLE for a long time. I'd also chuck in this classic iPod in something close to British Racing Green, which still works, as a reminder of quite how good a tactile interface on a device can be

Very privileged to attend a talk earlier this evening by Gerard Puccio who heads the Centre for Applied Imagination in Buffalo. Nice perspective on creativity including an idea from Ackoff (often a source of good aphorisms) & Vergera of creativity as an ability to modify self-imposed constraints 1/2
