Sorry to hear. From my side the data speaks. I looked since my post 2 fails in 240 deliveries. Delivering nationwide, all sizes and shapes. The current story doesn’t fit that broad data.

I’m an avid eBay seller and use Evri every day (and find them very reliable), currently the notifications are behind, the reality is better than the notices. Had this in a delivery too.

My experience (used even day via my eBay) is very different. Seem to deliver 99% of the time.

I’m unsure of their methods however I use them everyday (100s of parcels via eBay) and have a very very low lost rate.

I fully agree however Out Of marketing team with guidance from ChatGPT has enjoyed quite a successful time with more regular emails to consumers. I’m surprised but it’s a fact from the small amount I know.
