What the US "needs" is to get out of every single country, sort out their corrupt government, and restart from scratch with a working democracy. Not to keep invading other countries out of greed and arrogance. Just sad to see how bad it's gotten.

Maybe it’s down to being my last day as a 47yo, but I’m feeling really low today. Not do something stupid low, but definitely it’s a struggle to do anything low. For anyone else struggling, you’re not alone; keep going, better days coming

This is why we need to normalise honest natural freedom. To take away the fear and stigma, and just make it a natural part of life. It's evident by the many young people on our beaches and at BN activities etc that they want to engage with it when they're exposed to it (no pun intended)
When they hardly encounter it in a positive context they're less likely to try it.

I think I was more disappointed than expected when so few of the online friends I've managed to keep in touch with post-purge responded to any seasonal greetings. So I'm setting expectations very low indeed for my birthday on Thursday
