Jane and I often see clothed hikers on our naked walks on our local hill walks and we say "Hello" cheerfully.
Although we haven't yet met other naked hikers, I do remember seeing a topless lady hiker on the Carneddau mountains in Wales, many years ago.

There is no such 'code'. Also suggesting that your naturist pics or grooming body hair is sexual says more about the viewer themselves. Nobody has the right to use their prudishness to censor your naked freedom of expression.
