Problem is, that is what Oligarchs want and the life conditions they create. Dems have to be like the new mayor and offer concrete betterment to people. Make people want to come out. By not voting, you cede power.

Just by being there, she is representation. This is such an awful ”issue” Trump and these right wing crazies have ginned up. Fascist bullshit. If it weren’t immigrants, it was trans people. No one deserves this treatment by our government.

Your neighborhood sounds more ferocious than mine. We will get foxes and a rare coyote but bears still haven’t made it to our back yard.

That is such an important point. I think Europe may be better at that. This is the land of the “rugged individual” and it seems that our leaders need to be magnetic and charismatic as individuals in order to win political power. People vote for Trump despite his party of Oligarchs.

Word of advice: don’t Google “Oddjob hat”. It’s a company that makes hats for big heads. I have been bombarded with big head hat ads for weeks. My head is the smallest size.

I think this is part of the plan. Trump is terrified that he won’t be able to command military to summarily kill Americans, like they do for Venezuelans. I am terrified that he will.

I agree that voters are to blame. Assuming election was not stolen. Maybe age is not the right metric. Maybe it’s really stasis and comfort with the status quo. Whatever the cause, they are not effective.
