No need to go for the obvious when there are so many brilliant wine farms that produce far superior wine than Spier and Babylonstoren.

For context I'm a manager in an eye department and have helped arrange earlier surgery for patients based on social rather than clinical need.

Having seen your other posts I would recommend contacting the PALS department of the hospital.
Explain to them in the calmest way you can the effect that the cataracts are having on you and the potential impact on your living situation if your vision deteriorates further.
