apparently you can still read RSS feeds from an old Sony Ericsson phone if you insert a working SIM card
only plain http ones work though, since the certificates have expired a long time ago and I don't know how to import up to date ones

actually I think it's going to take something like 2-4 hours, but because I have some really expensive (i.e. computationally intensive) effects in the intro it estimates 16-17 hours lol

I successfully restored a 2020 MacBook Pro M1 from the exclamation point inside circle error screen (see below) without using another Apple device thanks to idevicerestore!
Had to use macOS Sonoma .ipsw though, since it fails to personalise macOS Sequoia images.

Why does Fedora KDE not enable xdg-desktop-portal-kde by default for all applications? Instead it makes you use the generic GTK one, which if you need to browse for files, for example, looks out of place and it's just a bad interface imo. Here are the two file pickers for comparison:
