Spending the morning writing, or to be accurate trying to write, the aim was for somewhere need 1,000 words and only have 442 so far, The new book is coming on, I am about half way through it so far. wish me luck

Today is a writing day, my first for way too long. Working on my manuscript for my book on the military campaign of 1688.

'The Williamite Invasion of 1688: The Last Successful invasion of England' hopefully due out at the end of 2025.

Looking forward to heading back to University of Leeds in February and to be talking about Mutiny and Desertion in the English army in 1689, looking into why troops desert and why they received different punishments.
